The younger sister this season may have the same thing as the older sister - Jess Kimura's promodel! Can there be anything better than the combination of pink, lightning, horse and cat? Probably not! Jess Kimura Mini is a board for young female snowboarding adepts. A very durable and lightweight board and at the same time easy to ride and forgiving of mistakes. The construction has been improved with newly developed 45-degree Micro Glass fiberglass for a more durable yet lightweight board, allowing kids to have fun on cool obstacles such as park jumps, moguls, boxes and any freestyle terrain. Standard mounting system allows you to mount bindings in tens different positions.Shapetwin tipSnowboards are shaped one of two ways: directional or twin. Twin snowboards are symmetrical, so the nose and tail are the same length. This shape is usually used in freestyle and jib snowboards.Snowboard profilerockerRocker is essentially the opposite of camber. Rockered boards offer more flex than traditional snowboards, float easily in powder and give a rider good edge control. Rocker is easier to ride and provide more fun.flexsoftSnowboard flex describes how flexible a snowboard is. Soft boards "forgive" mistakes, they are easy to ride, but do not allow for very precise, dynamic turns.BaseExtruded Extruded base - tend to be more durable and cheaper to make than sintered base. An extruded base will be much slower than a properly maintained, and waxed, sintered base.
